New SERP Feature? Top x Product Query with Multiple Reviews and Specs Carousel

I came across a new SERP feature shared by Callum Mundine, it looked like a transactional intent feature that mostly I saw triggered only in the US, I did try to trigger it from UK and AU but had no luck. The feature has a carousel layout and shows 3 products with star reviews on desktop similar to a product feed but also shows 2 expert reviews:

• One with a short snippet of the review
• The other with stats/specs about the product

There was no visible sponsored listing on here letting me to assume it’s purely organic at least for now.

Sample Query: Try searching for waterproof tent on Mobile or Desktop (US).

UPDATE: Looks like this might be a year old, Glenn Gabe and Brian Freiesleben mentioned they have seen this before. It looks quite new to me so I am including it here or others who might have missed it like me.
