Knowledge Panel + Featured Snippet Combo in the SERPs

Looks like Google has started combining Knowledge Panel and Featured Snippet into one mega entry in position 1 for some queries.

Sample Query: Try searching for avocado toast calories on Mobile or Desktop. I was NOT able to trigger this from AU or from US, but a few others were getting this so it would appear to be a widespread test.
