Google Testing First Blue Link in SERP OR First Ad with Larger Font Size on Mobile

A lot of Google test going on today, this was picked up by a few folks. Google is making the 1st organic listing appear with a larger font for some users, others are seeing either the organic listing or even the Ad appear with the larger font. I wonder what sort of CTR improvement this change will see for position 1 of organic or ad listing.
