Google Starts to Show Top Questions Answered in Knowledge Panel

Looks like Google is beefing up the Knowledge Panel offering in SERPs by injecting in a Top Questions Answered section in the right-side Knowledge Panel. Looks liek the content is coming from celebrities who answer related questions using Cameos or Posts on Google

Sample Query: Try searching for brussel sprouts on Mobile or Desktop. I was able to replicate this but only for this query, tried a few others where this did not appear.
