Google Says A Lot Of Negative Reviews May Hurt Your Site

In this video, John from Google states that if all signals point to negative sentiment for a brand and there is an overwhelming amount of negative reviews for the brand, then Google’s algorithms could pick up on that and it can impact your search visibility. He also goes ahead to say that it’s very unlikely that this will happen but it’s possible that it can.

I would imagine most brands would NOT have to worry about it but there is a potential this could be happening if there is an overwhelming amount of bad stuff online for the brand, just something to keep in the back of your mind.
