Google Added a Bunch of Manual Actions Types In Search Console for News & Discover

Google added some details about this in the Google News content policies help document and Google Discover content policies help document.
Violations can stem from Adult-themed content, Dangerous content, Harassing content, Harassing content, Hateful content, Manipulated media, Medical content, Misleading content, Sexually Explicit content, Terrorist content, Transparency, Violence and gore content, Vulgar language & profanity
