Google Tests Lead Forms for Discovery Ads

Lead form will not serve with Discovery carousel ads. You need at least one Discovery ad and apparently, they only work in Gmail.

Update 07/10/2020: It does NOT work in Gmail campaigns, looks like Discovery ads only for now.
