Upcoming Update to Housing, Employment, and Credit Advertising Policies Will Prevent Certain Ads to Target Or Exclude by ZIP Code in USA and Canada
https://www.blog.googleFor over a decade, Google had personalized advertising policies that prohibit advertisers from targeting users on the basis of sensitive categories related to their identity, beliefs, sexuality, or personal hardships. To further improve access to housing, employment, and credit opportunities, they are introducing a new personalized advertising policy for certain types of ads.

They plan to roll out this update in the U.S. and Canada as soon as possible and will be providing advertisers with more information about how these changes may impact them in the coming weeks
