Just before Christmas, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) released submissions that hundreds of businesses, organisations, and individual Australians made in response to the first draft of the Code last year. According to Google more than 80% of the 426 submissions released on the ACCC’s website flag significant concerns.
