Google Tests Larger Font Size for 1st Organic and Ad Link

Here is another test from Google where the 1st organic entry and ad entry in the SERP is displayed with a slightly larger font.

Sample Query: Try searching for vuelos a roma on Mobile or Desktop. I was NOT able to trigger the result from Australia or USA.
