Google Launches v3.5 of the Campaign Manager 360 API

- Support for automatic tag wrapping, including:
- Additional advertiser measurementPartnerLink field for third party linking
- Additional campaign measurementPartnerLink field for third party linking
- Additional placement wrappingOptOut and partnerWrappingData fields for wrapping configuration.
