This process looks at Finding high traffic potential and low competition keywords with Ahrefs. He discovered a site that had a DR of around 7 and was ranking for a massive keyword with over 40,000 searches a month. He went after it, invested around $2,000 into building a site and it now generates almost $1,000 a month in revenue.
