Facebook Expands Uses of Its Brand Safety Controls

Facebook Tuesday revealed expansions of its brand safety controls and updates to its Commerce & Ads IP Tool, which helps rights holders protect their intellectual property. Some of the changes include

• Facebook’s Rights Manager tool lets creators collect earnings on their copyrighted content when it is published by other pages
• Facebook’s Commerce & Ads IP Tool can now search for infringing ads + commerce listings by uploading an image
