Shoppable Videos Are Coming to Tiktok but Only for Shopify Stores

Looks like Tiktok is preparing to roll out an “e-Commerce anchor” feature with which creators can tag products & link out to shops. Advertisers using Tiktoks Creator Marketplace can already filter by creators with enabled anchor.

Several creators from Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, UK and USA already have the feature enabled.

The product link will be included only if a valid URL is entered.” And the only e-commerce platform “participating” (being able to generate “valid links”?) is: Shopify.
