Youtube reduces Mid-Roll Ad Breaks Requirements from 10 Mins to 8 Mins

Currently, YouTube enables mid-roll ads on videos that are at least 10 minutes long, with the recent announcement this is changing and videos of 8 minutes in length, instead of 10, will now be eligible for mid-roll ads.
