Tutorial on Getting Lighthouse Scores in Google Sheets with a Custom Function

In this tutorial Richard Fergie will show you how to get Lighthouse score for a URL in Google sheets with a custom function. The tutorial has two-part

1. Setting up a Google Cloud Run application that will do the complicated stuff (in this case run a Lighthouse test) and that will respond to HTTP requests.
2. Setting up an Appscript custom function that will make requests to the API you created in step 1 and return the results into the Google Sheet.
