The Entities’ Swissknife – Tool to Extract Entities From Any URL Or Text and Generate Semantic Markup For Your Page

I haven’t played around with it yet but this looks like a killer tool, it helps you to extract entities from URL and generate the schema about, mentions and sameAs properties to link to wikidata/Wikipedia pages.
