Some Knowledge Panel Features Now Getting Pushed down from Position 1 in SERP

I don’t think I have seen Knowledge Panel answers like the Dictionary SERP Feature anywhere but on position one but it looks like Google might be testing other positions for them, I wonder if it has to do anything with the barrage of lawsuits against them recently accusing them on favouring their results over others.
