Quick Answers On DuckDuckGo but Only from wikihow.com?

Looks like DuckDuckGo has started showing quick answers in their SERPs you can bring it up on mobile and desktop for searches like how to lose weight fast and how to SEO, pretty much all the how-to question gets a result from wikihow which makes me think this is not an organic feature but some sort of sponsorship. Other types of questions like what is SEO or where is melbourne seems to bring up a mix of sites like Wikipedia, Open Maps, etc
