Looks like Bing now supports HowTO Schema in Desktop SERPs

I haven’t seen this before but it looks like HowTO Schema content will show up with a rich snippet in Bing SERP. Works on desktop but not on mobile from what I can see.

Sample Query: Try searching for Sample Query on Desktop. I was able to trigger the result from Australia.
