Lieferando Food Delivery Company Registered 120,000 Domains That Resembled Resturant Websites in Order to Outrank on Google

According to Bayerischer Rundfunk’s (a public-service radio and television broadcaster, based in Munich) research, Lieferando.de a food delivery company in Germany operated tens of thousands of websites that are similar to those of restaurants in order to outrank them at Google and sell them their own customers.

BR research now shows that the Dutch company “Just Eat Takeaway”, to which Lieferando also belongs, registered more than 120,000 such domains across Europe, which are similar to the Internet addresses of restaurants.
