Google Tests Sticky Refinement Bubbles For Results Without Knowledge Panels

We have seen these sticky refinement bubbles before but it appears Google is testing them on results without Knowledge Panels now.

Sample Query: Try searching for Sample Query on Mobile. I was able to trigger the result from USA.
