Google Tests New Local Finder and Business Profiles for Services Businesses

Google is testing a new style of result in the local pack for certain services categories. Some users are seeing a different style at times for the “local finder” on mobile when performing searches specific to some services categories. They are also testing a Booking icon on the new style.

Users are also noticing that the business profiles themselves also look different if you get to them from this new style of local finder.

Some of the changes include the About, Products, Posts/Updates section are gone and the URL is also changed to start with google.com/localservices instead of google.com/search, check out the post for the full breakdown.
