Google Tests Another Multi-Faceted Layout In SERPs
https://www.seroundtable.comIt appears Google is testing some sort of tabbed result with the main SERP listing, we have seen this before as a sidebar and now it appears they are running another test with the tabs on top.
A few users were seeing this, I was NOT able to replicate it.
