Google Testing Blended Organic and Ad Review Box

Remember how Google was triggering standalone review boxes for queries with reviews in them? Looks like some users might be seeing a version of that that blends Ads and Organic results for these. Apparently this version shows you product ads when you expand the review unit.

Sample Query: Try searching for the last of us 2 game review on Mobile or Desktop. I was NOT able to trigger the blended result from Australia or USA.
