Google Starts to Show List Includes For Some List Based Snippet in the SERPs

On mobile SERP it looks like Google is starting to show a new feature called List Includes that picks up content from the post and adds them to the SERPs. The page that has the snippet does have the Carousels ItemList markup on there but it does not look like all sites with that will automatically get them.

It appears to be mobile-only and I was not able to trigger it from Australia but it came up when I was using a US VPN.
