Google Podcasts App Adds Timestamp sharing.. Deep Linking in SERPs Next?

Notice the &pe=1&pep=73475 at the end, that is what triggers the deeplink. This is interesting because once they get this they can start deep linking to a specific section of a podcast from SERPs like how they do it for video content.
