Google Is Testing a New Look for How to Rich Results in the Mobile SERPs

Looks like Google is testing out a new look for How To Rich Results in the mobile SERP. Users now have to click to expand to see some of the steps “On this page”.

Sample Query: Try searching for how to eat an avacado on Mobile or Desktop. It did NOT trigger the new layout for me.
