Google Gives You The Ability To Report An Indexing Issue (USA Only)

Signed-in Search Console users in the US will soon see a “Report an Indexing Issue” button under the Index Coverage report and URL Inspection Tool articles in the Search Console Help Center. It should be fully available to all in the US within a week or less.

I am not 100% if this is for US-based websites or people from USA based IP addresses.
