Google Adds a Local and National Resources SERP Feature for COVID-19 Searches

To keep the public updated with local news during the COVID-19 pandemic Google has made a change to help local content surface better within their Top Stories box in the SERPs. In addition, they have added a new Local news box to show local news content in response to coronavirus-related searches. In Australia, it comes up as Local and National Resources.

Sample Query: Try searching for covid 19 on Mobile or Desktop. I was NOT able to trigger the result from Australia or USA.
