The black Ad label and favicon by the URLs in Google SERPs which Google has been testing for users for a few months now are now official. This has been the norm for mobile users for a while now but this is now rolling out to desktops devices as well. If you don’t have a favicon now is the time to get it fixed, you can use tools like this and get it up and running in no time.

Google’s official screenshot above has one Ad unit, like that ever happens. Here is a more accurate screenshot of how the SERP will look like: (the changes are not live yet but it’s how the SERP will look like without the cosmetic filters applied)
