Google to Replace Sponsored Label on Desktop Shopping Ads with Ads Label

I haven’t seen any official statement from Google regarding this but apparently according to SearchEngineLand Google is streamlining ‘Ad’ labelling for Shopping ads and the black Ads labels that are shown for text ads in the SERPs will start to replace the sponsored label in the upper right above Shopping ads on desktop.
