Google Ads Updated Misrepresentation Policy Goes Into Effect 1 September 2020 in the United States

https://support.google.com

In September 2020, the Google Ads Misrepresentation policy will be updated to prohibit coordinating with other sites or accounts and concealing or misrepresenting your identity or other material details about yourself, where your content relates to politics, social issues, or matters of public concern. They will begin enforcing this policy on September 1, 2020 in the United States and on October 1, 2020 in all other countries.

They take violations of this policy very seriously and consider them egregious. If they find violations of this policy, they will suspend your Google Ads accounts upon detection and without prior warning, and you will not be allowed to advertise with Google again.
