Ads in Local Business Location Panels are Back

Looks like Google is running ads in Local Business’ Location Panels in the SERPs, these used to appear way back in 2017 and it looks like they are running again. I am not sure if it’s a US-only thing I haven’t seen these in Australia.

Sample Query: Try searching for sammy’s mexican grill on Mobile or Desktop. I was NOT able to trigger the result with the ad from Australia or USA.
