Vulnerability Discovered in MetaSlider< 3.17.2

MetaSliderWordPress plugin has 800,000+ active installations and can be used to create sliders in WordPress. In versions prior to 3.17.2, there is a cross-site scripting (XSS)  vulnerability in Image caption or description parameter in slide creation module.

The issue has been fixed in Version 3.17.2 which is available now from the WordPress Plugin Repo.
