Google Sheets Launches Smart Fill To Autofill The Content In a Column
https://www.androidpolice.comGoogle is introducing Smart Fill for Google Sheets that basically checks previous columns for patterns, offering options to autofill the entirety of the next column based on what it thinks you’ll want.
Similar to how Smart Compose in Gmail helps you write faster with fewer mistakes, Smart Fill makes data entry quicker and less prone to error.
This functionality is rolling out now, and it will be on by default. Those on the Rapid Release schedule could get it starting today, but Scheduled Release domains will only start getting it starting November 5th.
To use enter data and then
Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + Y
Windows/Chromebook: Ctrl + Shift + Y
