Google News Launches a New Design for Desktop

Google is launching a redesigned, more customisable Google News experience for desktop that puts Your Briefing, Local news, and Top Picks section on a single page in different columns.

You can click on the customise button next to Your topics section to select topics that you want to see on the home page.
