Google has a new CrUX API
https://web.devGoogle recently announced a RESTful API for monitoring real-user experiences of websites and pages. Chrome UX Report (CrUX) dataset represents how real-world Chrome users experience popular destinations on the web. The API gives low-latency access to aggregated Real User Metrics (RUM) from the Chrome User Experience Report including the Core Web Vitals metrics.
